Ervin Gonzalez and Patrick Montoya to Discuss Fantasy Sports Litigation, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and Other Implications

In October 2015, Gonzalez – along with the law firm Lagos & Priovolos, PLLC – filed a class action lawsuit against 50 defendants, including fantasy sports game operators FanDuel Inc. and DraftKings Inc., professional sports leagues, and major media companies and financial institutions alleging deceptive and unfair trade practices, negligence, breach of contract, civil RICO, civil conspiracy, and unjust enrichment.
