$11 Million Policy Limits Settlement

In 2007, we represented two college-age siblings who lost their parents in a gas tanker explosion. The truck in questions was speeding while carrying 9000 gallons of fuel. It lost control, rolled on its side and exploded, incinerating everyone in a nearby car. Deborah J. Gander and partner Ervin A.
